Groove
Inspired by a concept to expose what's below the surface, I create deep grooves in the silver to express playful personality with colorful, patterned polymer clay. Groove is fresh, colorful, bright, and very unique.
Bebop
I am deeply inspired by music, especially jazz because of its use of improvisation. The overall style of Bebop is rooted in midcentury modern, casual, yet bold and graphic and creative.
Joie de Vivre
The main focus of these one-of-a-kind pieces is joyful exploration. Each composition begins with a rough sketch but are mostly designed at the bench spontaneously as I see things emerge.
Bubbly
Individual dotted elements are elevated and positioned at different angles reflecting the light that hits them. The dots are arranged in an ensemble, sculptural and very engaging.
