About the Jewelry

All of my work is handmade in my studio by one and only me. :-) I use a mix of 935 Argentium and tarnish-resistant 925 Sterling Silver. Polymer clay is used in the Groove and Bebop collections. Slight color and design variations are natural and should be expected.

Jewelry Care

The best thing to do when you're not wearing your jewelry is to keep it sealed in a small plastic bag out of the sun. I usually include a small polishing cloth with purchases (you'll find that under the cotton in the box) so you can easily clean the pieces and areas that are bright, avoiding the darken oxidized areas. Clean chains easily as needed with a non-abrasive cleaner made specifically for silver jewelry, such as Weiman Silver Wipes. They will suds up as you work with them, so when finished just rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Silver that has been oxidized (darkened) should never be dipped into a silver cleaning liquid as this will remove the patina.

Shipping

If I have the piece(s) in stock you will receive your order within 3 to 5 days of ordering. If not, you will receive your order ASAP, usually between 1 to 2 weeks. All pieces are shipped Priority USPS. This method comes with insurance and tracking. Please make sure your address is correct; I am not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in each piece I create. Sales are final but if quality concerns arise, please contact me within 7 days. I will do everything I can to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
